"Hongjian" brand industrial-grade soda ash strictly complies with the specifications for Type II products in the national recommended standard GB/T 210.1-2004, with a primary content ≥99%. It is optimized for applications in the wastewater treatment field and is now available for wholesale at highly competitive factory prices. In water treatment practice, this product is primarily used in two main scenarios: neutralization precipitation and chemical phosphorus removal. For various acidic industrial wastewaters (from mine drainage, metal pickling, fertilizer production, etc.), the strong acids like sulfuric and hydrochloric acid present can devastate biological systems and corrode concrete structures. Dosing "Hongjian" soda ash safely and steadily raises the wastewater pH from 2-4 to the neutral range, avoiding localized over-alkalinity that can occur with caustic soda use. Simultaneously, the carbonate ions from its hydrolysis can form insoluble carbonate precipitates with various metal cations like calcium, magnesium, lead, cadmium, and zinc, enabling synergistic removal of heavy metals. In the advanced treatment units of wastewater treatment plants, "Hongjian" soda ash is a key chemical in chemically enhanced phosphorus removal processes. Phosphorus (mainly as phosphates) in water bodies is a primary cause of eutrophication in lakes and coastal waters. By dosing soda ash to appropriately increase system alkalinity before adding iron or aluminum salt coagulants, the reaction efficiency and completeness of metal ions forming flocculent precipitates (like ferric phosphate, aluminum phosphate) with phosphate ions are significantly enhanced. This allows the effluent total phosphorus concentration to stably meet the Class 1A standard (≤0.5mg/L) in the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB 18918-2002) or even stricter local standards. We possess a stable supply chain and large-scale storage capacity, enabling us to provide continuous, stable, and economical bulk material supply along with timely technical support for municipal wastewater treatment plants and large industrial users.
