Sillica The Ultimate Solution for High-Performance Electronics Raw Material

Sillica is the general term of white powder X-ray amorphous silicic acid and silicate products, mainly referring to precipitated silica, fumed silica and ultra-fine silica gel, as well as powder synthetic aluminum silicate and calcium silicate. White carbon black is a porous substance, and its composition can be represented by SiO2 · nH2O, where nH2O exists in the form of surface hydroxyl groups. Soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in water, solvents, and acids (except hydrofluoric acid). Resistant to high temperatures, non flammable, odorless, tasteless, and has good electrical insulation properties.

Silicon dioxide is an important raw material for manufacturing glass, quartz glass, water glass, optical fibers, electronic industry components, optical instruments, handicrafts, and refractory materials. It is also an important material for scientific research.  
When silicon dioxide crystallizes, it becomes crystal. After gelatinization and dehydration, it becomes agate. When the water containing colloid solidifies, it becomes opal. When the silicon dioxide grain size is less than a few microns, it forms chalcedony, flint, and secondary quartzite.  
Mineral resources with stable physical and chemical properties, belonging to the oxide mineral of the trigonal crystal system, namely low-temperature quartz (α - quartz), are the most widely distributed mineral species in the quartz group.  
Generalized quartz also includes high-temperature quartz (β - quartz). Quartz blocks, also known as silica, are mainly used as raw materials for producing quartz sand (also known as silica sand), as well as quartz refractory materials and raw materials for firing ferrosilicon.  
In addition, silica can also be used as a lubricant and is an excellent flow promoter, mainly used as a lubricant, anti adhesive, and flow aid.  
Specially suitable for granulation of oil and paste drugs, the resulting particles have good fluidity and compressibility. It can also be used as a flow aid in direct compression.  
As a disintegrant, it can greatly improve particle flowability, increase bulk density, increase tablet hardness, shorten disintegration time, and improve drug dissolution rate.  
In granule manufacturing, it can be used as an internal desiccant to enhance the stability of drugs. It can also be used as a filter aid, clarifying agent, defoamer, as well as a suspension aid and thickener for liquid formulations.
